Dear all,

Hope you are doing well. 

It has been a busy month and finally today I have the opportunity to write.

Before I write further, I want to ask you a question.  What is success to you?

Is success means making millions of dollars?

Is success means becoming rich?

Is success means owning multi-millions businesses?

Is success means raising healthy and happy children?

Is success means that you have a successful career?

Or is success means that you are happy with what you are doing and are happy with your life?

In my opinion different people would have different opinion about success.  Some people would consider themselves as successful when they earn millions of dollars or have their own successful businesses.  Some people would consider themselves as successful when their children are happy and successful themselves while others consider themselves as successful when they are able to help as many people as they can.

So you see… Different people have different definition on success and there is no right and wrong answers.

What’s may seems successful to me, may not seem successful to you and vice versa.

However whatever definition and opinion you have about success, one thing that we have in common is that when you and I want to achieve whatever success we want; we need to work for it.

We need to have determination, persistance, believe in ourselves and overcome any challenges and obstacles until we achieve the success that we have been dreaming about.  We need to be focus and not let our eyes off our goals until the day we successfully achieve it.

Therefore no matter whats success means to you, you have to do all you can to achieve that success.

Like what Vince Lombardi said, “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”

Recently I had the opportunity to attend a seminar in Singapore where I met people from all over the world and most of them are people from all around Asia. 

My new friends from all over the world

These people are successful in their own ways.  Some of them are successful parents, directors, managers, trainers, sales persons, husbands and even wifes.  All of them are working their very best in the things that they believe in and are good at what they are doing.

All of them have a number of things in common:

1.  Believe in themselves.

2. Determination.

3. Persistence.

4. Doing the best that they can.

5. Good heart.

And they all come from different part of this world.

So you see, you can be anywhere in this world but when you want to be successful, you will need to have the same attitude as anyone in any part of the world that already are successful.

Hi all!

How are you today?  Hope you are doing fine and happy.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work by the seaside – just a few feet away from where I was sitting though I didn’t have the opportunity to swim due to chemical bla…bla..bla… but I managed to appreciate the beauty of God creation.

I was sitting directly in front of a window that looked out to the open sea.  It was one of a spectacular view sought of like watching the blue ocean from a plasma tv  

Unfortunately I didn’t bring my camera or else you would be able to view the same spectacular view that I saw today instead of just listening to my description and try to imagine it in you head.

The sea was beautifully blue and green and everything was so calm.  There was a breeze of wind and the sky was perfectly blue.

That was when I started thinking about why some people put-off starting their own business whether it is online or offline though deep down in their heart they want their own business.  The most important thing that makes them give-up even before they start.

Selecting the right niche…

Don’t give me that look :-0

You know that is one of the reason why you got stuck isn’t it?

It may seems simple but truthfully it can be difficult. 

Selecting the right niche is as important as planning your business when you want to start your business.

I discussed this in great length in my e-Book 15 Secrets of Making Money with Positive Personality Revealed.

When you start thinking of building your own business, you will also start to think about what you should sell? 

For some people this is an easy part because they already know what they want but for some it is not as easy.

For those who feel that it is not as easy, here are some guidelines for you:

1.  Select something that you are very interested and passionate about.  Why???

Because when you are going into a business, this is not for one or todays.  It is going to be for a very long time; maybe your lifetime.  So when you are really interested and passionate about it, you will stand by it in no matter what the circumstances.

Hey! It is not going to always be easy

For example you are very interested and passionate about baking cakes.  So even when in the beginning nobody is buying your cakes, you are still interested and passionate about it.  You will not give-up or discourage in the process of achieving your dreams.

2.  Select ‘The Niche’

It may not be enough to select just the niche that you are interested and passionate about but also things that people want at the right time. 

For example you are interested and passionate about baking biscuits but at that time nobody is interested about biscuits.  So my suggestion is to hold on to that thought and find something else to sell first. At the same time search the market to find out where and when people will be interested i.e. during specific occasioon etc.

Like I said earlier, if you are interested and passionate about your product you will  find a way to make it work in no matter what circumstances and conditions.

Hi there!

How are you?  Hope you are doing well

As for me, I am doing great though a bit exhausted :-0

I will be travelling again next week and this time it will be for a whole (until my birthday, that is )

So I will not be able to talk to you the whole of next week.  I will be back the week after next week.

For those who had been writing to me, I apologize for taking some times to reply your emails.  To those that have not receive my replies, I hope that you will be patient.  I am a bit slow in replying but I will reply, that’s my promise.  Things are a bit hectic around here especially now as I am involve in a commercial job and everything   I guess I have to find a mastermind soon…

Anyway this is not what I want to talk about today.

As promise, today I want to talk about the number two key to successes and riches.

It is Sound Physical Health.

I could hear some of you saying, what!!!  Physical Health???

Does she knows what she is talking about?

To answer that question, yes I do…

Think of it this way, if you have all the riches in this world; all the gold and diamonds and money but you are always sick and have to stay in bed all day and night, would all the riches mean anything to you.  Ok, you might say that you have all the money so you can pay for the best doctor to cure you.  However what if this best doctor does not know what’s wrong with you.  This doctor’s solution is to cut you to see what is wrong inside of you.  Would you want to do that?  Do you want to be reach with scars all over your body?

I don’t think so…

So as you are working towards your successes and riches, you must also work to take care of you health. 

Eat healthy and do exercise.  Take great care of your body.  You only have one body…  No money in this world would be able to make another body for you.

One way to stay healthy is to eat moderately.  Researches had shown that unhealthiness starts from the stomach.  So eat whatever you body needs instead of eating everything your heart desire…

There’s also a saying that say, “Eat when you are hungry and stop before you are full.” 

However most of us keep on eating even after we are full

So take great care of your body so that you are healthy and able to enjoy the successes and reaches that you achieve.

Ok… With that I am going to stop here.

Hi! How are you today?  Hope you are doing well and are having a great day.

It had been a hectic weeks for me and I had been running around from one place to another these past few weeks :-0

I believe these will continue for the next few months…  Well, that’s my news

How about you? How is your new year resolution?  Your goals?  Have you started to take actions?  I hope you have.  It is already March, meaning that we are already three months into year 2010.  So if you have not took any actions yet, well now is the time to do it. 

Do not wait any longer!  There’s only 9 and 1/2 months left to complete your 2010 resolution.  Come on!  Get up and start doing something.

Today I want to talk about the key to successes and riches.  Why successful and rich people become successful and rich?  What are the things that these people do that make them successful and rich.

1. A positive mental attitude

Have you ever heard a saying, “Watch your thought, they will become the words you say.  Watch your words, they will become the actions you take.” 

Well, I don’t exactly remember the exact words but more or less these are what the saying means.

Everything that you want to do or not do, everything that you want say or not say begins from your mind. 

When you want to go somewhere for example to the mall or meet somebody, you must have think about it first.
“Oh! I want to buy some new clothes so I have to go to the mall.” Or “I need help so I need to see this and this person.”

Same goes with achieving success.  You must have in your mind about the success you are going to achieve.  You must have the believe of achieving your goals and dreams.  You know that you are going to achieve your goals and dreams then only you will take the actions and make them happen.

If you don’t believe that you are going to successfully achieve your goals or your dreams, would you make any effort and taking actions to achieve them?  I don’t think so…

You may try to do something once but when it doesn’t happen as what you expected, you will stop and let your dream or goal dies.

So from now on start to have positive mental attitude.  If you want to achieve something, start to believe and tell yourself you can achieve it; it may not take one two days but in the end you will achieve your dream.

I also know that it will not be easy to always have positive thoughts.  One way or another negative thoughts will try to creep in.  So from now on if you start having negative thoughts of now able to achieve your goals or just any negative thoughts, say to yourself, “I cancel this negative thought.”  And start smiling (or even force yourself to smile) and say, “I am a positive person. Today is the best day of my life and I am going to achieve my goals.”

Like Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever the mind conceive and believe, it can achieve.”

Dear all,

My last post was on 8th February 2010 and it had been almost 3 weeks before I got the chance to write something today

I had been travelling these past few weeks and I am going to travel again tomorrow.

I must start to think about having a team as what I discussed before :-0

Well, the truth is I already started to form some kind of mastermind group.  These people are the one promoting my trainings now.  So currently I am leaving to these people to do what they are good at… doing marketing and I doing what I am good at, talking to people, do presentations and inspiring people

So the next thing I need to think about is having a team for my internet marketing…

You see when you surround yourself with experts, people who are good at what they are doing; your life becomes easier and you will start achieving what you want to achieve.

Because nobody is actually good at doing everything themselves.  It’s good to know what you want others to do for you but doing the real job, you got to leave it to the experts.

All successful people had some kind of mastermind group.  It does not have to be a big group; two people can also form a mastermind group.  So it is not that difficult…isn’t it?

So take the actions now!  If you need to form a group to help you be successful then do it, what are you waiting for.  But one thing you must remember is that if you want people to help you be successful, you must also be ready to help these people be successful too.   So that everyone can become successful

So if you want to be successful start taking actions.  Do what you already plan to do; don’t just stop at planning stage ok, keep moving.  There will be a lot of obstacles and challenges of course but never ever give-up.

People came to me and said that they faced with a lot of challenges and roadblocks in trying to achieve their dreams.  Some of them being rejected from the jobs they applied to, people didn’t want to buy products that they sell, their contracts had been cancelled, partnerships that didn’t go well, being cheated, the death of the love ones who supported them, and many, many more.

Some of them even wanted to give-up or already given up and there are many of them who become discourage.  A lot of them that came to me and said “My dreams are worthless, there is no point to carry on.” or “Life is not fair, why everybody else find an easy way while I have to go through a hard way.”

Well, the truth is achieving dreams is never an easy path.  There will always be obstacles, challenges and roadblocks.  Because if the path you are going through is so easy it may not be a dream that is worth pursuing. 

Why???

Because these obstacles, challenges and roadblocks are the things that make us grow.  These are the things that that teach us about life, teach us to be someone better.  These are the things that remind us of our roots, where we come from when we are at the top.  These are the things that remind us to help others to be at the top with us.  These are the things that give us strengths even when we are already successful because there are always challenges even when we are already at the top.

There is a saying that goes, “Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Mathama Gandhi.

So to those who came to me and said that they are giving up because they encounter with to many rejections, they are fed-up being rejected,  what I say is, “Reject rejection.”  Think of it this way, there must be a good reason why it happens.  Maybe the boss is not as good as you see him externally, maybe the job is not the best as it seems to be, maybe you are going to create a better product that will make your a millionaire because of these rejections or maybe this is the turning point for you to take better steps. 

And remember this, when the time comes that something that you want, will want you.  So never ever give-up.

Hi all

I think it is still not too late to wish all of you a very happy 2010.

I had been busy for the past 12 days preparing for this year training schedule and had been going around meeting with other training providers.

I hope that all of you had a very good start this year and at the moment your spirit, energy, motivation and momentum are very high to achieve your goals this year. 

Everything is ready and set to go…

I know I am

For me this year is the year for results to all the works I had done last year.  However it doesn’t mean that I am going to stop and relax this year.  Oh!!!! No!!!! I am going to keep on working and improving so that I can keep the momentum going…

Because if I stop working now, stop taking actions then all the momentums that I had built, all the works that had been done last year will be lost.  And by the end of 2010, I will have to start over again.

This is what success means.  This is what building positive personality means.  It means that you will keep on going even when you already achieve success. 

Successful people will keep going even though they are already successful.

Do you see Warren Buffett stop working?  Do you hear about Bill Gates doing nothing?  Well, maybe he is doing something else but he is still working but only with a different goal or purpose.

That is what being successful and happy is all about.  When you achieve your goals, you set another goal to achieve; a bigger and better goal.

And this is why most people failed.  When they had achieved their goals for example became a millionaire, they stopped.  Not knowing what to do next. 

And there were also people who met with challenges and roadblocks on their way to achieve their goals and they stopped, gave-up; did something else. 

Sometimes they didn’t realized that if they overcame that challenges or that roadblocks, they may had achieved their goals or their dreams.

This remind me of the story “3 feet from gold” in the Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

You know, I always think of this story everytime I faced with challenges or roadblocks.  It really motivates me to keep going.

And that is what building positive personality means.  It means that you will keep on going whether you already achieve success or face with challenges.  You never stop or change your goals.

If you believe and know what you are doing is the right thing, never stop.  Never give-up. 

Because one day you too will be successful.

You see, it is not the success that you will all cherish and remember.  It is the process of achieving success…

Remember how your grandfather or grandmother told you stories?

They always told you stories of how successes were achieved, the processes not the success itself.  It is what success it all about.

Well… My final post for 2009.

Ha… Ha… Ha…

Anyway, hope all your dreams and goals that you set on the New Year Eve of 2009 have come true. 

If you have not achieve all yet, well put them into your 2010 resolutions and take actions (more actions than in 2009) to achieve them.  I know that’s what I am going.

However if you have not taken any action to make your resolutions or dreams or goals happened … Well, you should be ashame of yourself!  Wake up! It is almost the end of 2009 and 2010 is coming!

Unfortunately the past is in the past.  There’s nothing you can do about it. 

What you can do now is renew those 2009’s resolutions and make sure you take actions in 2010.  And the first thing that you need to do is change your habits, habits that lead you to where you are now.

Start making new goals or resolutions or targets for 2010.  Why because that is how we become better person and to make sure that we are always in the momentum to be successful.  When you already achieve your goals make new ones

As for me, I achieve some of my goals while others take longer time to achieve than I had anticipated.  However I am not worried, I am optimistic about 2010

Of course there are also frustrations and disappointments in 2009 however I am considering these as learning curve that guide me to become a better person.  Because sometimes the things that we really want may not be something that is good for us.  So always be grateful and take better actions next time.

2009 has been a learning curve for me too.  I got to know and became the student of John Thornhill, get to know Daniel, Steve from invinity, Kevin, Carol, PJ, Mark, becomes the student of Russell Brunson and many more internet marketers that I don’t manage to mention them here (too long list ) and also people from the ministries and many more. 

I get to know about twitter (remember to follow me at twitter) and also got to learn about body language from an ex FBI agent… How cool is that!

I think next year I will talk about body language too.  So stay tune

But best of all, I get to know you, share with you my experience along 2009 and the knowledge that I had learned.

Hi all!

And a merry christmas to those who celebrate it.

Well, it is 6 days before the end of 2009, time to make new resolution

But wait!

How about this year resolution?  Have you achieve it?

Have you go in diet to lose weight as you plan to do?  Have you been exercising as you promise yourself? Have you been eating healthy food?

Have you take the course that you have been thinking about taking? Have you pursue the degree or the master that you have been planning to take?

Have you follow your dream to travel around the world?  Have  you spend more time with your love ones as you promised them?

Have you eliminate the negative habits that you want to eliminate?  Have you been practising the positive habits?

Have you start the business that you always talk about?

Some people are committed to making new year resolution every year however when it’s time to put the resolution into action, they just look away. 

“I got a lot of work today, I am tired.  I am going to start tomorrow.”  And tomorrow the same excuse again and until one day you suddenly realize that it is the end of the year.  And you ask yourself, “Where does the time goes?” or “How can the time goes so fast… “  And your new year resolution is just new year resolution.

Having a dream or a resolution or a goal is a good thing.  It makes you focus on what you want to do, where you want to go and what you want to achieve.  However taking the action to make your dream or your resolution or your goal comes true, that’s the most important part.

You can have the best goal you want to achieve but without taking the action to make it comes true, best goal doesn’t mean anything.  In the end it leave you with a question why your are not achieving your goal yet?

So come on my friends, start making your dreams and goals and resolutions come true. Start taking actions to make them happen.

Good afternoon everyone!

It is a beautiful monday afternoon and I hope that everybody is doing well.

I was supposed to write last week but suddenly out of no where both my hands developed rashes. It was just itched at first and when I began to scratch it turned red and developed something like mosquito bites.

I went to the doctor last week and she said it was nothing, it may had been something I ate that I was allergic to.  I wonder what it was as I ate normal food that I always eat and I never develop any allergy to anything before. 

In the end I concluded that there must be something that I normally eat but this time I ate more than the usual portion that cause the allergy to developed.   Nice conclusion huh!  I don’t want to create any headache thinking about it

Well, how am I now?  The itchiness almost gone maybe due to the medicine I am taking but the rashes are still there though not as bright red as before.  I had to cancel my trip and a few appointments because I didn’t want to scratch like mad in front of people and the medicine that I am taking makes me feel really drowsy.  I could just drop to sleep even while I am talking  :-)

Well, that was just me developing self-consciousness and procrastination…  Even for a person who teach people about self-esteem, self-confidence and all the positive personality, I could sometimes develop negative personality too.  I am only human … but once I realized what I was doing I bounced back into actions.  So at last I kept the important appointment and explained to the other appointment and able to postpone them.  Luckily people understand.

You see, the most important thing that differentiate whether we are going to be successful or not is ourselves.  What is our habits and attitude especially when face with challenges.

When face with challenges some people just back-out and give-up whatever they are working for to achieve their goals.  Some people procrastinate waiting for some miracle or luck to happen so that they could achieve success.  Have you ever heard the saying, “Luck is actually something we create.”?

 However for those who have persistence, determination and focusing on their goals, they will do everything it takes to achieve their goals.   Like what I said to someone just the other day, “There are always challenges when we want to achieve success.  Therefore to be successful, we need to be flexible.  We need to be able to go around, over or under the challenges we are facing if we are not able to go through it.  Then only we can achieve our goals”

So it is important to really understand your personality, your habits or your attitude. 

For example, you may not realize that you are the kind of person that likes to procrastinate doing something and yet you are always wondering why you never achieve your goals or any success.  By understanding that you have procrastination habit, you can eliminate the habit and start to achieve success in everything you do.

One of the way to understand your personality and understand the negative habits that you have is through your handwriting.
