I have to wonder about a group of up to twenty people though..I'm not sure how everyone has a chance to even speak unless you have an 8 hour long meeting. Time is usually the biggest constraint for most people to schedule so the smaller and more intimate the group the better in my opinion. I say five is pushing the limit on controlling the meeting.
